Heads’ up. This post will be particularly relevant if you’ve invested in making a business through multi-family properties, or are seriously considering doing so. That being said, this conversation will be useful for the rest of us as we continue to see how God wishes to use our business as a way to bless others.

If you’ve been part of this orb for a decent length of time, you’ve certainly heard me preach on about the importance of community in building a purpose-driven business. So, what if you struggle to see how community can be built in the market you’ve chosen to serve in your enterprise?

Ben Pleat is the founder and CEO of Cobu, a consulting firm which aids property owners identify and develop community building opportunities between residents of various properties. The interviewers, Riley Kiltz and Trevor Hightower, lead a network of coworking locales in Fort Worth and Austin TX called the Craftwork Group, and their model has been successful in developing startup communities in several multifamily properties in their markets. (I highly recommend them if you need to land a business presence in Fort Worth, at the very least. Some good friends of mine swear by them, and they clearly see their enterprise as part of God’s mission in the world!)

Enjoy the conversation.

‘God bless. #HAGDOW
